All medication decisions, doses, and changes are made on a case-by-case basis and may be adjusted or stopped at any time for your safety.
Medication Fulfillment: Medications are prescribed by a licensed provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Zolara Health does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications directly. In some cases, prescriptions may be filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy when appropriate.
Payment Policy
At Zolara Health, we value your time and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care. To ensure smooth scheduling and dedicated appointment time, the following payment policy applies:
Appointment Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposit must be paid no later than 12 hours prior to visit, if unpaid, your visit will be cancelled or rescheduled

Appointments without payment confirmation may be canceled or released

Payment Required Before Medication Is Ordered

Full payment for your selected treatment plan is required before any medication is prescribed, submitted to the pharmacy, or processed for shipment.

Refund Policy: Consultation and medication fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place. Rescheduling policies may apply according to practice guidelines.
Telehealth & Limitations
If telehealth services are offered, there may be limits based on your location, your medical needs, and applicable laws. Zolara Health may not be able to provide care or prescribe medications in every situation or for every individual.
No Guarantees
While Zolara Health aims to support safe and sustainable weight management, individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, timeline, or outcome.
Prescription Policy
Prescription medications are only provided if clinically appropriate, based on your medical history and provider evaluation. Treatment is individualized, and results are not guaranteed.
Compounded Medications: Some medications prescribed may be compounded medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy.
