New Patient FAQ
01
How does the $50 consultation fee work?
The $50 deposit is required to secure your virtual appointment. This fee is fully transparent and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment plan if you choose to move forward with us. It covers your comprehensive clinical evaluation.
02
Is my medication included in the monthly plan price?
At Zolara Health, we maintain clear boundaries for safety and transparency. Our monthly fees cover your medical care, coordinate prescriptions, and provide ongoing expert support. The medication itself is dispensed by our partner licensed pharmacies.
03
Do you accept insurance for the virtual visits?
We are a self-pay practice to ensure we can provide the high level of individual support and direct provider access our patients deserve. We do accept HSA and FSA. While we don't bill insurance for visits, you may use your insurance for brand-name medications if your plan allows.
04
How often will I meet or check-in with a provider?
Support is constant at Zolara. Beyond your initial in-depth consultation, you'll have regular weekly text check-ins and direct messaging access for questions. We believe consistent communication is key to your safety and success.
05
What happens if I need to stop treatment?
We don't believe in long-term lock-in contracts. Your clinical path is flexible based on your progress and health needs. You can choose to pause or end your monthly care plan at any time after providing appropriate notice.
