Our Compounded Semaglutide Consultation is designed for patients interested in learning whether compounded tirzepatide may be an appropriate treatment option as part of a comprehensive weight management program. During your consultation, we'll perform a thorough medical evaluation, including your health history, current medications, previous weight loss efforts, nutrition and exercise habits, medical conditions, family history, treatment goals, and any prior experience with GLP-1 medications. We'll discuss whether tirzepatide is an appropriate option for you, explain how it works, review expected benefits, potential risks and side effects, injection technique, dosing schedule, and answer any questions you may have. If treatment is clinically appropriate, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan designed around your unique needs. Your care doesn't stop after your prescription. Zolara Health provides ongoing provider support, monthly follow-ups, medication monitoring, dose adjustments when clinically appropriate, side effect management, nutrition and hydration guidance, and lifestyle coaching to help you build long-term success. When prescribed, your medication is filled and shipped directly to you from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Zolara Health is a medical practice and does not manufacture, compound, stock, sell, or dispense medications. Our role is to provide a comprehensive medical evaluation, prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate, and monitor your progress throughout your weight management journey. As a small, provider-owned practice, we believe every patient deserves individualized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll work directly with Stephanie Edwards, PA-C, who will personally oversee your treatment, monitor your progress, and adjust your plan based on your response, goals, and overall health. A $50 consultation deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your weight management program if treatment is prescribed and you choose to move forward. Please complete all required intake forms before your appointment. Additional laboratory testing, medical records, or clearance from another healthcare provider may be requested when medically appropriate.
